ALL PLAYERS MUST REGISTER AND TRYOUT FOR THEIR BIRTH YEAR ONLY- Even if there is a potential for the player to play up. All play up requests MUST have a valid reason (siblings, player development) and board approval prior to any invitations being accepted.
